1. Nature of Services
DIVAM ASTRO WORLD provides astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, reports, spiritual guidance, and related informational services. These services are personalized and prepared specifically for each customer based on the details provided.
2. No Refund on Completed Services
Once an astrology consultation, horoscope analysis, personalized report, or any digital service has been delivered, completed, or initiated, no refund will be provided.
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all completed orders are considered final.
3. Consultation Appointment Cancellation
If a client wishes to cancel a consultation appointment, the cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Eligible cancellations may receive:
- Rescheduling of the appointment, or
- A refund after review and approval by our team.
4. Digital Reports and Horoscope Services
Refunds are not available for:
- Birth Chart (Janam Kundli) Reports
- Kundli Matching Reports
- Marriage Reports
- Career Reports
- Financial Reports
- Personalized Astrology Reports
- Numerology Reports
- Tarot Reading Reports
- Any downloadable or digital content
Once the report generation process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
5. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
DIVAM ASTRO WORLD is not responsible for inaccurate results arising from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Wrong Date of Birth
- Wrong Time of Birth
- Wrong Place of Birth
- Incorrect Personal Details
No refund will be issued in such cases.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
7. Failed Transactions
In case a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully processed, customers should contact us with payment details.
After verification, the amount will be refunded or the service will be provided accordingly.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
